What does FIT stand for and how does it work?

FIT stands for Foundational, Informational, and Transactional. This live prototype shows the thinking behind the FIT Analysis. A two-dimension matrix, FIT weighs business impact against effort to learn which initiatives are Act Now (that is, the biggest impact with the fastest implementation) and which initiatives should be Reconsidered (that is, the lowest impact with the highest effort). An analyst then reviews the data and develops the first 90-day roadmap and 6-month parallel strategy.
